We ask that you pay a deposit when you make your booking, and the rest of the payment locally to the rental station.

A valid credit card in the name of the main driver must be presented as a guarantee for the rental. Our local car rental partner may reserve an amount of 570 euro-2.000 euro (depending on your selected car group) as a guarantee, which will be released after the end of the rental period if no damage/theft has occurred.
In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card or lack sufficient funds available on the credit card, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.
All National driving licences must be accompanied by a valid International Drivers Permit in Roman Alphabet.
International driving licences (IDP) are mandatory for every rental.
Drivers must have held a full licence for a minimum of 1 year.
Minimum age is 21, maximum age is 70 years.
Drivers must also show their passport or ID on collection as additional proof of identity.
Drivers aged between 21-25 will be charged €2.00 (incl. TAX) per rental day - paid locally.
Reservations are always confirmed for a given Car Group - not for a specific car model. The car on your voucher represents the vehicle for the class (Group) you have booked. We cannot guarantee a specific make or model. Any specific cars mentioned are simply typical examples of the size, specifications, and performance applying to that car group.
Cross Border rentals are not allowed.
Ferry travel is not permitted.
One-way rentals are allowed between specific cities and vice versa with an extra charge:

Vehicles will only be held available for up to two hours after the agreed collection time. Clients must contact us if they will arrive before or after the registered time on the voucher.
The Vehicle is provided with a 150 Kilometer/Mileage Allowance per rental day. Charges for extra Kilometers apply and are paid locally, depending on the car group. Unlimited Kilometer package is available for local purchase.

24-hour roadside assistance is provided.
Bookings include all local taxes.
